Following today's video you can prepare a brioche bread braid fluffy and delicate, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

A delicate and very fluffy brioche bread braid, ideal for breakfast and a snack. We will make it with yogurt and honey.

Ingredients

  • 130g milk
  • 110 g plain yogurt, unsweetened
  • 50 g honey
  • 20 g fresh baker's yeast (approximately)
  • 530 g of bread flour
  • 20 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 medium eggs
  • A little bit of salt

Preparation

  1. We put the milk, yogurt, honey and yeast in the glass. We program 3 minutes, 37º, speed 3.

  2. We add the flour, the oil, the eggs and the salt. We knead programming 3 minutes, spike speed.

  3. We take advantage of this time to put a little flour in a bowl.

  4. We put the dough in the bowl that we have prepared. We form a ball. We cover the bowl with plastic and let the dough double in volume. It will take approximately 2 hours (the time will depend on the temperature at home).

  5. We prepare the plum cake mold by smearing it with oil and putting greaseproof paper.

  6. When the dough has doubled in volume, we put it on the counter and divide it into three parts. With each of these parts we make a strip and then we form the braid.

  7. We put it in the mold that we have prepared, covered again with plastic, and let it rise for another two hours.

  8. We preheat the oven to 180º.

  9. We bake our brioche bread at that temperature until we see that the surface is golden, approximately 45 minutes.

  10. Before unmolding the bread, let it rest in the pan for about 10 minutes.
