Ingredients

• 200 gr of cabbage
• 200 gr pumpkin
• 1 large potato
• 1 leek (only the white part)
• 1 liter of vegetable stock
• 50 gr of olive oil
• salt (only at the end if you need it, because the broth already has enough salt)
• pepper

Preparation

1. We put the vegetables in small pieces in the glass and crush 10 seconds, speed 5.

2. We lower the remains of the walls and add the olive oil. We program 8 minutes, speed 2, varoma temperature.

3. We add the broth and a pinch of pepper. We program 20 minutes, speed 1, varoma temperature.

4. We let the temperature drop to 70º and we crush 1 minute, progressive speed 5-7-10.

5. We rectify the point of salt and pepper to our liking. And we can also add a splash of water if we like it more liquid and grind again 20 seconds, speed 5.
