Camembert triangles with strawberry jam

Today we present you a fabulous aperitif for this Christmas, specially dedicated for the cheese lovers.

It is very  easy to prepare and we will only need inexpensive ingredients that we can find in any supermarket. In fact, they already sell us Camembert cheese in pre-cut portions. If not, we buy the round cheese and cut it ourselves. I recommend that you make about 8 portions of a round cheese.

Many of you do homemade jams or preserves with the Thermomix during the year, so for this dish we will take the opportunity to use those jams that we have stored in the pantry.

Ingredients

• 1 round Camembert cheese cut into 8 servings
• 1 egg
• Bread crumbs
• Flour (XNUMXg)
• Frying oil
• Strawberry jam

Preparation

1. We coat the Camembert cheese portions in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

2. Fry in plenty of hot oil.

3. We drain each portion on absorbent paper and we pass to a source.

4. We serve accompanied by the strawberry jam.

Notes

It is important that you put the cheese already cut in the freezer 30 minutes before coating it and frying it since this way it will not open during frying.

It is a perfect dish to accompany our favorite homemade jam. I love it with strawberry, blackberry or raspberry, but of course, it goes great with any flavor.
