Ingredients

Cauliflower

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 200 g bacon in strips or slices
  • shawl

Pesto bechamel sauce

  • 30 butter g
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 40 g flour
  • 550g milk
  • 100g pesto sauce (homemade or purchased)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • A pinch of nutmeg

Cashew and oat crumble

  • 100 g cashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 50 butter g
  • 2 tablespoons of flour

Preparation

  1. Cauliflower with crunchy bacon

  7. Cover the cauliflower and bacon with the bechamel sauce. We toss the cashew crumble over the top, crushing it with our hands and Bake 25-30 minutes at 180º.
