This time I have tried them with plums and cooked in a mixture of brandy, sweet sherry wine and orange, I have combined them with mashed potatoes, And it has worked very well: the meat is juicy, the sweet sauce and the mashed potato offer the perfect counterpoint.       Hello Nenu, keep all times the same except the 45 minutes in step 4 that I recommend, reduce them to 30 minutes and check how it goes, and if it is still not to your liking, leave it a few more minutes.
