In this case, in addition, we are going to make the meatballs stuffed with cheese in the oven so that it is faster, we do not have to prepare a sauce, and above all, be less caloric because we are not going to fry them in oil or coat them in flour.

A good option to carry in a tupper to work or to the field. It can be accompanied with a first of zucchini and apple cream and accompany the meatballs with a salad.

Meatballs with cheese surprise inside, especially for children. Easy, fast, low in fat and calories. Ideal as a main course.

Ingredients

1/2 kg of minced meat, half beef and half pork
2 slices of sliced bread
25 gr. milk
1 egg
Chopped parsley
200 gr of emmental cheese cut into small cubes (maybe you will have leftovers, you can use them for a salad)
shawl
pepper (optional, if there are children)

Preparation

We preheat the oven to 200º.
In the glass we add the sliced bread, the milk, the egg and beat 10 seconds, progressive speed 5-7.
Add the minced meat, salt, chopped parsley and program others 15 seconds, at speed 3 or until everything is integrated. We take out.
We make a ball with our hands, we put our finger in it without reaching the bottom, we place the cheese block and we close it again by turning it until we have a well closed meatloaf.
We do the same with the rest of the meat until we have all the balls.
Cook in the oven at 200º for 20 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
