Prune and chia jam

I've been eating prune and chia jam on my breakfast toast for a few weeks. A preparation  sugar free and very healthy.

It is also surprisingly easy to do and so fast that there are no excuses not to do it. Although it must be consumed immediately because, as it does not contain sugar, it does not keep like a traditional jam.

Although, in appearance, it is similar to fig jam when you taste it quickly you discover that its sweet taste comes from prunes and granites are also seeds but this time from chia.

Taking prune and chia jam is a very healthy way to start the day since both ingredients have very beneficial properties for avoid constipation. Also prunes are rich in antioxidants and give us a lot of energy.

Could you pass me the raisin jam recipe a little more detailed? Because I don't really understand what to do in step 2
    Nor where to do

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hello Priscila:
This jam is made with prunes, not raisins. The same goes for you using them but I have not tried it.
The recipe is adapted to be made with Thermomix. In step 2 you have to program 5 minutes at 100 degrees of temperature and speed 2.
If you follow the recipe step by step you will get a yummy jam.
      Regards!
