Chicken ham with orange sauce

Chicken ham orange sauce

I love this recipe! It is very simple and it looks great. When you have Little time to cook remember her that will save you more than one meal?

We are going to prepare an express sauce combining only onion soup in an envelope and orange juice. Then we will cook the ham in that sauce and they will be tender and really tasty. When I tried it at my mother-in-law's house, I never thought that something so delicious could be made with just two ingredients ... And as a side: White rice o mashed potatoes. Exquisite!

And if we add more amount of chicken? Would it come undone ??? Is that I see very little ... .. ??

I don't think it will fall apart, but just like the thermomix it is difficult to remove so many thighs. My advice is that if you want to make more quantity, make boneless thighs or chopped breast. It is sure to be delicious too. 🙂

What can I put instead of onion soup? I do not take onion in any way

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hi Charo, you can put an envelope soup that you like, although I don't know how it will turn out because we haven't done the test. The envelope onion soup has the function of thickening the sauce and giving it flavor, so with another envelope soup that has a flavor that you like, I imagine it will be good too. Can you tell us to see how it is? Thanks!!

The 100 g of water I guess goes with everything at once. At least I have done it that way and well, it does not appear.
I have also done it with more quantity, 6 thighs and the phenomenal thermomix without problem.

Hello Cristina, indeed, it is put together with the rest of the ingredients, my fault! I correct it right now. Thanks for warning 😉
