This recipe keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days, provided that it is kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container and that the cold chain is respected. You also have to avoid overheating the portions that are not going to be consumed.

If you have a portion left over, you already know that this recipe can be frozen without any problem. Thus, the day you go in a hurry, it is defrosted in the fridge and you will have it ready to heat and serve.
