Chicken rolls and black olives

They say that weekends are to rest but I know many people who take advantage of advance housework, especially those related to cooking.

It is clear that organizing costs and that each household is subject to its needs in terms of the number of people, ages, intolerances, etc. Not to mention the last minute changes but if we are clear in advance what we are going to have for lunch and dinner we can save a lot of money and time.  I am not talking about making all the food in the same day, but about taking advantage of the time to make several at the same time or to prepare larger quantities and freeze servings.

So that it is not difficult for you today I bring you a clear example. These are chicken rolls with black olives, extremely easy and quick to prepare, which are served with the Neapolitan sauce. First we can have some steamed vegetables cooked at the same time as we make the sauce.

If it is that with Thermomix everything is much simpler!

Simple chicken and black olive rolls that, due to their quick preparation, will help us to better organize our daily menus.

Ingredients

• 250g chicken breast fillets
• 60 g pitted black olives
• Buy
• Salt and pepper
• Neapolitan sauce (see recipe here)

Preparation

1. Put the olives in the glass, crush during 10 seconds at speed 5. Lower the pieces to the blades and re-grind others 10 seconds at speed 5.

2. Place the chicken fillets between two sheets of cling film and flatten them so that they are as thin as possible. Then season them and fill them with the olive paste without reaching the edges. Roll up and close with a toothpick so that they do not open.

3. Brown the rolls in a frying pan with a little oil. Remove when they have a nice golden color. Once cool and carefully cut into pieces the size of a canape.

4. Serve with Neapolitan sauce.
