Chinese Chicken Corn Soup

The Chinese soup with chicken and corn is one of my favorite soups. At home we love to drink it especially when it is cold. It has a very mild flavor, so I guarantee that it will also appeal to the most traditional palates.

What makes this soup different is an ingredient that I buy in specialized Asian food stores. It's about a concentrated seafood broth that with just a few drops all the flavor of the soup is enhanced. I think it can also be found already in the international sections of large supermarkets.

This Chinese chicken and corn soup is ideal to make a themed dinner and accompany it with rice three delights o oriental vegetable noodles.

Delicious Chinese soup made from corn and chicken. Ideal as a first course for the coldest days.

Ingredients

• 1 liter of chicken broth
• 2 large tablespoons of seafood concentrate
• 1 can of corn with its broth
• 6 crab sticks
• 4 small chicken fillets
• 4 large tablespoons soy sauce
• Sal Island
• Pepper
• 1 large tablespoon of corn flour (Maizena)
• 1/2 glass of cold water
• Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

1. We put the chicken broth, the seafood concentrate and the can of corn with its broth in the glass. We program 15 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1, left turn.

2. Meanwhile, we are cutting the chicken into small cubes and seasoning them. When the time is up, we add it to the glass along with the soy, lemon and sliced ​​crab sticks. We program 10 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1, left turn.

3. We mix the cornstarch with the cold water in a glass and stir well so that no lumps remain. We add it to the soup and program 4 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1, left turn.

4. We taste and rectify soy or lemon if necessary.
