Oriental vegetable noodles

Oriental_noodles

Those of you who already know me know that I love Asian food. Its intense flavor, its variety, its textures ... mmmm a delicious cuisine. And today I wanted to share with you these delicious oriental style vegetable noodles, ideal for people Vegetarian. In addition, I took the opportunity to cook more noodles and prepare another day Asian workshop soup.

They are very easy to prepare, we can leave them done in advance and they are very healthy nutritionally talking. In addition, we will use soy sauce, a great antirust y teriyakki sauce, which is one of the most used sauces in Asian cuisine and is made from four basic ingredients: mirin, sugar, soy sauce and sake (but today we will use it bought).

The interesting thing about this recipe is that you can customize it to your liking by adding or removing vegetables.

Hi! I love your recipes .. they are always a hit!

In this I have a question ... why do you have to make the whole recipe without a beaker? Is it because you have to leave the water in the noodles so that it evaporates?

    Thank you!

Hi Judith, thank you very much for your message! I am very glad that you like our recipes. During the cooking of the noodles in water, we do put the cup (it is already corrected), but in the rest of the recipe we will cook without the cup so that the vegetables are better fried and emulated as much as possible in a wok, which is like this dish would be cooked. I hope I have helped you and thank you for following us!
