Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 55 g of wheat flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 110 g of dark chocolate for pastries
- 110 g soft butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 35 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- Glitter for cakes to decorate
- Small chocolate chips to decorate
Preparation
In our Thermomix glass we put the 110 g of dark chocolate for confectionery and the 110 g of soft butter. We schedule it for 3 minutes at 90 ° at speed 1.
Remove the melted chocolate from the glass and set aside. We clean the glass and place the butterfly.
Add the 2 large eggs together with the 150 g of sugar. We schedule it for 4 minutes at 37° and speed 4. Once the time is up, we will reschedule others 4 minutes without temperature and speed 4. The volume of the mixture will double.
We heat the oven to 180 °. Remove the mixture from the glass into a bowl and gradually add the melted chocolate. You have to mix carefully so that the volume is not lowered.
In a sieve we put the 55 g of wheat flour, the pinch of salt and the 35 g of cocoa powder. Add half to the mixture and stir gently. Add the other half back and finish mixing.
We prepare the molds for muffins. In my case I have used silicone moulds, but otherwise you can use cupcake capsules. We fill them 3/4 of their capacity and put it in the oven.
We place it in the middle of the oven, with heat up and down and between 13 to 16 minutes. Do not exceed the time because they can be hard.
Once cold and unmoulded, we decorate them with the glitter for cakes and the chocolate chips. These cakes, having the texture of a brownie, have to be compact, firm, but juicy.
