Hello, can you change the powdered chocolate for pill chocolate by using Turbo powder? I do not like the taste of the cup. Thanks
    regards

    1.    Ana Valdes said

Hi Sebas. You can do this, but the flavor will be less intense than chocolate. Molten chocolate contributes only a percentage of cocoa to the dough, in addition to other products such as butter and milk. While cocoa powder is pure cocoa, but also because it is powdered, when it is incorporated into the dough it hydrates and removes moisture from it, so that the cake is more spongy. But hey will be, for sure. Try it and tell us. A hug!

Hello. how good it looks and how easy! A question. The 75gr of sugar to make the icing, do we subtract them from the 275gr of the recipe or are they additional? For the cake mass, do you have to use 275g or 200g? Thanks

    1.    Ana Valdes said

Hello Belen! For the dough 200 and for the icing, 75. A kiss!

Hello Ana !! I love your blog, it is fantastic. I wanted to ask you if that powdered chocolate used is with sugar or the defatted can value type that is pure cocoa without sugar… thank you.

Hello Ana! Can sunflower oil be substituted for olive oil?

    1.    Ana Valdes said

Hello Rachel. Yes you can, but keep in mind that olive oil gives a lot of flavor to the cake. If you really like the taste of olive oil, try it, you will have a different result. But if it is extra virgin, you have to put a little less, about 120 g. If not, you can use a very mild olive oil and then you can use the same amount. And tell me!! A hug!!

Hello Ana, this Saturday I was encouraged to make the cake, I put the 275 sugar and then the icing sugar, I also used the value chocolate, and it came out a little dry ... I had it in the oven for 25 minutes.

    1.    Ana Valdes said

Hi Esther! The truth is that the oven thing is a whole world. It is difficult to guess because each oven needs a different time. Next time, put it less time and control it with the toothpick earlier. It sure works for you. Anyway, I'm going to indicate it in the recipe. Thanks!!!

OK Ana, the flour you use is that of strength?

    1.    Ana Valdes said

      No, Esther. Normal wheat flour.

Hello Ana! Thank you very much for the recipe I am making and it smells great! In what type of baking tin and what size? It is growing a lot hahahaha it seems that it is going to leave. I put it in a square mold of about 30 cm I think I remember, I will have put self-raising flour for less than nothing because I mess with the flours in England. A hug

I have made it this cold winter afternoon and with a cup of very hot milk, very good, it has been spectacular. Thank you very much for the recipe, I will repeat.

Thank you so much for the recipe!
    Delicious is little :)
I made some changes, Valor dessert chocolate well powdered instead of cocoa powder because it didn't have and 120 mild olive oil. Our oven took 40 minutes, after 30 I was checking with the toothpick so that it did not go overboard and it was luxurious.

Good afternoon, it is disconcerting to start reading a recipe and find mistakes from the beginning. Better check the recipe.

You're going to forgive me, Lis, but I don't know what problem you may have because the recipe is very simple.

We have read and reread it and we did not find the fault ... can you give us a clue?

      Regards!!
