There is nothing more fun than making some chocolate lollipops with the children and our Thermomix.

We just need a little chocolate, some colored sprinkles and some skewer sticks. The rest is a matter of imagination and your own style.

The best of all is that to make these chocolate lollipops we are not going to stain anything at all because we are going to melt the chocolate al Steam bath inside a bag that we will later discard ... Can you think of a better way to spend a lovely time with the little ones?

We will only need a little chocolate and some colored sprinkles to have a fun time with the little ones in the house.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of covered chocolate
  • Sprinkles or colored anisette

Preparation

  1. We fill the glass with water up to the first mark, the 1/2 liter mark. We place the basket inside. We put the chocolate in a bag and place it inside the basket.

  2. We remove the opening of the bag by the vowel of the lid. We close the bag with a knot or with a clamp and hold it by putting the cup on top so that it does not escape.

  3. We program 10 minutes, 80º, speed 2. After the time has elapsed, we check that the chocolate is melted, otherwise we prolong the cooking for a couple of minutes more.

  4. We take a tray that can go to the fridge and cover it with baking paper. With a scissors we cut a corner of the bag and we drop a chocolate thread on the stick so that the lollipop is held. Then we will make circles or interlaced lines and we will shape the lollipop.

  5. Once the chocolate is finished and before it hardens, we decorate them with sprinkles or colored anisette. We put them in the fridge to solidify.

  6. After 5 minutes you can take out and eat!
