Ingredients

  • 100 g of spicy chorizo
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 110 g of wheat flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 75 g of unsalted butter
  • 40g milk
  • 10 g de azúcar blanquilla
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Pepper and rosemary
  • Spray or oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º.

  2. Chop the chorizo ​​and put it in a glass for 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, spoon speed, counterclockwise. After time, withdraw and reserve.

  3. Clean the glass with a kitchen paper, put the butterfly on the blades and beat the eggs, with the sugar and salt during 3 minutes, at speed 3 1/2.

  4. While melting the butter in the microwave without bringing it to a boil.

  5. Then add the flour, yeast, butter and milk to the glass. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and a little rosemary. Beat for 1 minute, speed 3.

  6. Remove the butterfly, add the reserved chorizo ​​and finish mixing with the spatula.

  7. Grease the muffin tin with spray or oil and fill the gaps with the batter.

  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until the stick comes out clean when punctured.

  9. Unmold carefully and let cool on a rack.
