Cinnamon hot chocolate

In a few days we will be surrounded by typical Easter or Easter sweetsSo, is it okay if we accompany them with a cinnamon hot chocolate? Nothing like a comforting drink to warm you up.

Surely you already know how easy it is to make a good hot chocolate with our Thermomix. Well just as easy It is this recipe although the result is different. Being more liquid it is perfect to drink. If you prefer, you can also use it to take with churros or fritters since, when you submerge them, they come out covered or covered. Not to mention the delicious aroma it gives off.

If you want you can give the cinnamon hot chocolate a more adult touch, for this you will only have to add a pinch of mace, tonka bean, or nutmeg. The most gourmet will go crazy !!

Ingredients

• 20 g cocoa powder
• 70 g of sugar
• 30 g cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon (for dessert) of cinnamon
• 1 pinch of salt
• 65 g of boiling water
• 750 g ofoat milk (see recipe here)

Preparation

1. We put the cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt in the glass. We mix during 15 seconds, speed 4. We let the powder settle before opening the lid.

2. Add the boiling water and mix by programming 2 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

3. Then we program 5 minutes, 100º, speed 2 and we are adding the vegetable milk little by little through the mouth.

4. After time, pour the chocolate into the cups and serve. It can be garnished with a cinnamon stick or with some mini marshmallows.
