Coconut and mango ice cream cubes

Ok, I admit ... today's recipe is not going to serve us for lunch or even for dinner. But we will be able to flavor our juices with it exotic flavor that provides these coconut and mango ice cream cubes.

The recipe is very simple and although it may seem silly, I have discovered that it can be used in many ways. Apart from flavoring our drinks, it can also be an improvised frozen or the basis for making a frozen smoothie that we like so much.

The mango and coconut ice cream cubes can be made with other flavors and colors. A very showy combination is that of peach, strawberry and coconut… Are you up for it?

Ingredients

• 200 g of mango
• Coconut milk

Preparation

1. We peel the mango, remove the pulp and put it in the glass. We crush during 30 seconds, speed 6. We remove the puree and place it in the mold to make ice cubes, filling each hole halfway.

2. We freeze it for at least 2 hours.

3. After time, we finished filling each hole in the mold with the coconut milk. Depending on how big the holes are, we will need more or less milk. We put it in the freezer until it solidifies, in my case another 2 hours.
