We already knew that peas and mint make a very good combination. If we also add lettuce with its mild flavor, we will be giving it a plus of nutrients.

You can use the lettuce that you like the most. Can be roman, oak leaf, iceberg, trocadero, etc. Personally, I like the roman and the trocadero. And I usually avoid endive because it gives more bitter touches.

I recommend that you use those ugliest leaves that, normally, we do not put in the salad because they are a bit withered. You just need to remove the edges that are usually brown and that's it.
