Condensed milk puddings

Preparation

1. We wash the lemon peel well and with a vegetable peeler we cut a strip making sure that it does not have any white skin. We put it in the glass together with the water and the condensed milk. We program 5 minutes, 90º, speed 2.

2. Meanwhile, we caramelize 6 flaneras and place them in the Varoma.

3. After the time, we remove the mixture from the glass, discarding the lemon peel. We put the eggs in the glass and program 1 minute, speed 3 1/2. After the first 15 seconds, we pour the mixture that we had reserved through the mouth.

4. Fill the caramelized custards. We cover them with plastic wrap and make several holes in them so that the steam can escape. We place two sheets of kitchen paper on top of the flan and close the Varoma.

5. We fill the glass with water up to the first mark, the 1/2 liter mark. We close, we place the Varoma in its position and programs 20 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 2. In this step we can take advantage and prepare another recipe in the glass. I usually take the opportunity to make some cream.

6. After time, we check with a toothpick that the puddings are curdled, otherwise we prolong the cooking for a couple of minutes. Afterwards, we remove the Varoma and open it being careful not to burn ourselves. We remove the kitchen paper and let them cool before putting them in the fridge.

7. When serving, turn them over on a plate to make the presentation more beautiful. It is not necessary to decorate them much but if you want you can accompany them with a little whipped cream, a neula or a crunchy waffle.
