This country omelette is a <strong>success</strong> at home. To the good of the omelette It is joined by the flavor of the peppers and the touch of chorizo ​​... how can it not be irresistible?

Ingredients

  • 300 g of peeled potatoes
  • 100 g onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 50 g of green pepper
  • 50 g of red pepper
  • 40 g of chorizo
  • 35 g olive oil
  • 70 g of water
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon (of coffee) turmeric
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. We fill the glass with water up to the first mark, the 1/2 liter mark. We put the potatoes washed and cut into large pieces. We program 2 seconds, speed 5. We drain with the help of the basket and reserve.

  2. We dry the glass with kitchen paper and put the peeled onion, the garlic clove, the green pepper and the red pepper, all cut into large pieces. We bite during 2 seconds, speed 5.

  3. We add the oil and program 6 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed.

  4. After time, we place the butterfly on the blades. We add the chopped potato and the water. We season and program 15 minutes, 100º, spoon speed, left turn.

  5. At the end of the time, we drain with the basket and discarding the water. We reserve the vegetables.

  6. Without washing the glass, we put the eggs, the turmeric and beat 10 seconds, speed 3. Add the drained vegetables and the chorizo ​​cut into cubes. Mix with the spatula to prevent the potato from falling apart.

  7. In a hot pan we put a little oil and brown the tortilla on both sides until it has a nice golden color and the center has set.

  8. Remove and serve.
