Cream with blackberries and pine nuts

I suggest you prepare a quick dessert like this cream with blackberries and pine nuts, which we are going to burn to make it even richer.

We will only have to weigh the ingredients because the Thermomix will take care of the rest. And in less than 10 minutes we have a dessert for the whole family. I have decorated it with blackberries and pine nuts to give it a country air.

And speaking of blackberriesI don't know if the same thing will happen to you, but when we are picking blackberries they all seem few to me and then when I get home and look at the jars filled to the brim I regret it because I know that I am going to spend the whole day doing jam.

So this year I have decided to give the blackberries another use. I have left part to decorate and it has been a success. They make the desserts are great, so I encourage you to try this recipe.

The cream with blackberries and pine nuts is a delicate, smooth, easy and quick dessert to prepare.

Ingredients

For the cream:

• 500 g milk at room temperature
• 4 egg yolks at room temperature
• 100 g of sugar
• 20 g cornstarch
• The skin of 1 lemon without any white skin
• 1 stick of cinnamon

To decorate:

• Powdered sugar
• Moras
• Pinions

Preparation

1. Put all the ingredients, except for the decoration, in the glass. Program 7 minutes, 90º, left turn and speed 2.

2. I do not recommend that you put more speed because as it carries the cinnamon stick the Thermomix would start jumping.

3. After time, remove the lemon peel and cinnamon stick. Pour the cream into 6 saucepans and let it cool.

4. Distribute the icing sugar, the blackberries and the pine nuts. Requemar under the oven grill or, as in my case, with a blowtorch.

Notes

For this recipe I have used lactose-free semi-skimmed milk but you can use any other type of milk.[br][br]If you don't like cinnamon you can replace it with a tablespoon of vanilla essence.
