Creamy rice with sausage and pumpkin

You already know that at home we are in love with rice in Thermomix, and it is that we take advantage of the weekends to eat a plate of rice. In fact, we try to discover new combinations, new flavors and, surprisingly, they are all delicious. I would be unable to tell you which is my favorite rice ... although without a doubt among the best would be the Mediterranean rice with its citrus flavor or the creamy rice with prawns.

In this case we are going to combine sausages stuffed with cheese and pumpkin cubes. Really, the result is surprising. It is soft and delicious, with a unique texture that makes you can't stop eating.

It is as simple as most rice dishes that we prepare in the Thermomix. I like to eat it freshly made, because from one day to the next it is not so creamy and rich.

A soft, creamy and tasty rice thanks to the combination of sausages and pumpkin. Ideal as an easy and simple main course.

Ingredients

• 2 cloves of garlic
• A few leaves of parsley
• 60 g of virgin olive oil
• 250 g of pumpkin in large cubes
• a few strands of saffron
• 900 g of chicken broth (or 900 g of water and 1 tablet of chicken concentrate)
• 300 g of rice
• 50 g of grated cheese
• 8 sliced ​​cheese stuffed sausages (you can use your favorite sausages)
• shawl

Preparation

1. We put the garlic, the parsley leaves and a pinch of salt in the glass. We program 5 seconds, at speed 5. With the spatula we lower the remains that have remained on the walls and on the lid of the glass towards the blades.

2. Add the olive oil and the pumpkin cubes. We program 6 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn and spoon speed.

3. Add the saffron and the broth and program 10 minutes, temperature 100º, turn to the left and spoon speed.

4. We incorporate the rice through the nozzle and program 14 minutes, temperature 100º, turn to the left and spoon speed.

5. When they are missing 3 minutes For the end, we add the grated cheese and the sausages through the mouth.

6. We test to see if it needs a little salt and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes inside the covered glass.

7. And that's it!
