With these cookies you can accompany a coffee or a bowl of milk. They are very crunchy but wet in milk, they gain in flavor.

To shape them I have used a cookie maker. Surely you have seen them. They have different nozzles to make pasta in different shapes and even specific ones to make Churros.

Breakfast cookies made with a pasta gun. Crunchy, delicate ... homemade cookies perfect for morning coffee.

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g of lard at room temperature
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1/2 envelope of yeast
  • The grated skin of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  1. We put the flour and butter in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 4.

  2. Add the sugar, yeast and lemon peel. We program 10 seconds, speed 4.

  3. We add the eggs and program 15 seconds, speed 3.

  4. You will see that the result is not a compact mass (they remain like crumbs) but we will easily put it together with our hands. We create a ball with all the dough and we form the cookies. I have used a cookie gun. We are placing them on the baking tray that we will have covered before with baking paper.

  5. We put sugar on them and bake at 200º for approximately 7 minutes.

  6. If necessary we bake in two batches.

      Hello Lola,
      I don't know how to tell you a brand ... I have a normal one and it works well. You can already find many models, it will depend on the budget of the Magi.
      I'm sorry I can't help you anymore 🙁 but ask the Kings or Santa Claus because with these guns the cookies are, in addition to being delicious, very beautiful.

    With that shape they are clavaditas to the cream cookies that they sell in Zamora. I would love to get the recipe, maybe you can substitute butter for cream.

      Uff, we would have to investigate how those cookies are made. I don't know how these will be with cream ... but if I find the recipe for those from Zamora, it won't take me long to try them.
