Crispy truffles

crispy-truffles-thermorecetas

In my house it is not Christmas if there are no truffles. It is a reality, they are more successful than nougats, that is why I have a good collection of recipes that I make according to the occasion. Today it was the turn of the crispy truffles.

As their name suggests, they have a different texture from Classic but they are addicted ... is it because they are made with clouds or by the characteristic flavor of the peanut butter? The fact is that they disappear as soon as they are brought to the table.

By the way, it's not the first time I've made these crispy truffles to give. All you need is a cellophane bag, a ribbon and a Christmas tag and we already have a detail. They can also be put in boxes, now there are very cute with Christmas motifs.

Are you up for it?

Esther ... why do you want to buy peanut butter if you can make it to your liking with the Thermomix?

Can you explain to me what the news is? You know? Is it the children's trinkets? Thank you

      Hello mertxe,

I understood you the first time! And yes, clouds are children's trinkets. They are also called hams, marshmallows, or marshmallows.

      Regards!

Hello Mayra! Don't see how that has to be! I have two dudillas, can I melt the chocolate in the microwave? and where can I find puffed rice? I only know the one that they sell for children in the kiosks and I don't think it works ... My peanut butter has salt, this is not a problem, right?
    Thanks in advance!

      Hello Elvira:

I see you excited about these truffles, so let's go to the mess.

Chocolate can be melted in the microwave but use short times because it can burn and spoil easily.

Puffed rice is the cereal that children (and some adults) eat for breakfast. You can find them in any supermarket.

Your butter has salt ... well perfect !! It will give a salty touch to the chocolate, enhancing its flavor.

We want photos of your truffles !!

      Regards!!

That good looking! I am going to make them today, even if we are in the middle of summer… But instead of rice, am I going to put quinoa in the air?
