Do you want to know more about this crispy baked vegetables?

The first thing you have to know is that this recipe is fantastic for using vegetables that you have in the refrigerator because you can combine the quantities however you want. So, if one day you have more zucchini, you add less carrot and onion. That another day you have some carrots hanging around the fridge so you add a piece of zucchini and a small onion and that's it!

Another thing I like is that we have easily adapted it so that it does not require no gluten or grasses. Which is ideal for people who have celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Cassava starch can be changed for corn starch (cornstarch) or potato starch. That's easier adapt it to your diet or your pantry.

La chickpea flour is very easy to make at home with your Thermomix®. Of course, make sure you make it at a time where noise can be made because it is a very scandalous recipe. 😉

Toasted chickpea flour

Make chickpea flour easily with Thermomix. With this recipe for toasted chickpea flour it is very easy to incorporate legumes into our diet.

You can also adapt the cheese and use a vegan cheese. This way you will be able to transform this vegetarian recipe in a totally vegan one.

To give it an extra touch of flavor you can use a little garlic powder or oregano, rosemary, thyme. Any type of herb will work great for you.

To enjoy this recipe to the fullest, I advise you not to make it in advance. It is infinitely crispier and better freshly made.
