Hi Irene, can I substitute tahine for sesame? I usually add sesame to hummus, which is what I have at home and I really want to try this recipe with a touch of curry. Thanks!

Hi Rosa, you can use your sesame to make your own tahine. Look, you need: 2 tablespoons of sesame (sesame), 4 tablespoons of liquid (water, seed oil or olive oil) and a pinch of salt. You have to toast the sesame (if it is not previously toasted), then put it with the liquid you have chosen and the salt and grind it several times until it is finite. Anyway, after the holidays we will upload that recipe. Thanks for writing to us!
