Today I am going to surprise you with this recipe! Creamy date pate and blue cheese. I know that because of the name, some of them will make weird faces… when I made it for a dinner with friends, it happened the same… weird faces… but when they tried it, everyone agreed that it was the best thing at dinner. The taste is very intense, but nothing strong. The contrast The sweetness of dates with the acid of blue cheese is perfect. The equilibrium of flavors is the ideal. And the best thing about this recipe is that you are going to prepare it in just 1 minute (express recipe) and, even better, you can prepare it in advance. I served it in a slightly cute bowl and each one was spread according to their liking.
It is a perfect dish to combine with other appetizers such as Murcian Marineras o Chorizos in cider.

For breakfast, I'm what they say sucks, I don't like anything since I discovered this pâté or cream, toast and coffee with milk are my best breakfast
