Date and blue cheese pate

Today I am going to surprise you with this recipe! Creamy date pate and blue cheese. I know that because of the name, some of them will make weird faces… when I made it for a dinner with friends, it happened the same… weird faces… but when they tried it, everyone agreed that it was the best thing at dinner. Are you going to miss it?

The taste is very intense, but nothing strong. The contrast The sweetness of dates with the acid of blue cheese is perfect. The equilibrium of flavors is the ideal. And the best thing about this recipe is that you are going to prepare it in just 1 minute (express recipe) and, even better, you can prepare it in advance. I served it in a slightly cute bowl and each one was spread according to their liking.

It is a perfect dish to combine with other appetizers such as Murcian Marineras o Chorizos in cider.

Creamy paté of dates and blue cheese, ideal as an aperitif spread on toast. The combination makes it an explosion of unique flavors in the mouth.

Ingredients

• 100 gr of dates already pitted
• 80 gr of soft blue cheese
• 50 gr of cream
• 200 gr of creamy cheese (Philadelphia type)

Preparation

1. We put the dates in the glass and crush them by programming 15 seconds, speed 9.

2. We add the rest of the ingredients and program 15 seconds, speed 5. A homogeneous mixture must remain, if not, we grind for a few more seconds.

3. And now ... all that remains is to spread it on mini toasts and enjoy!
