As a good sweet tooth that I am, everything was great, but if I have to opt for what I liked the most, I prefer the tiles. It is a very simple and they are spectacular, crunchy and delicious.

Of course, keep in mind that first the dough is made and left rest In the fridge for about 12 hours, I did not realize this detail until I started to make them and I couldn't bake them until the next day and at the end they had to rest in the fridge for 24 hours, and the truth is that they were great.

This recipe was recommended for about 24 tiles and I don't know if my size It was excessive but I got about 15 units more or less.

Ingredients

• 15 g of pastry flour
• 90 g of sliced ​​almonds

• 25 g butter at room temperature

Preparation

2. We add the flour, the sugar, the almonds and the egg whites. We program 15 seconds, speed 2. We remove to a container, cover and store in the fridge for about 12 hours.

3. To bake them, we preheat the oven to 180º. We lined two large trays with parchment paper and began to put a tablespoon of dough, spreading it well with the back of the spoon. We put about 8 on each tray and put it in the oven at medium height for 7 or 8 minutes.

4. When they begin to brown, remove the tray from the oven and remove them from the paper with the help of a spatula. As the dough is still soft, if we want to shape it, we put them on a kitchen roller and press gently with a damp cloth, to take a curved shape.
