What a good combination! Spinach, bechamel and eggs. Such are the Florentine eggs. It is a very rich and very easy recipe. On the one hand we cook the eggs with our Thermomix, which we can take advantage of to cook some more stories and use them in salads, rellenos or in Russian salad.
Then we prepare some sautéed spinach with ham and garlic. Delicious too and very very easy. And finally, we prepare a quick bechamel.
And, to finish the dish, we have to put the sauteed spinach, eggs and bechamel in a baking dish. We cover it with grated cheese and let's gratinate! It is exquisite, you will see.
