Today I bring you a slightly different dish: fresh spinach with Greek yogurt and raisins. It is a different and interesting way to eat spinach and, perhaps, they can be more attractive to children. It is so fast and easy that you will not even know that you have done it.
I have used fresh spinach of which they come already prepared in bags (where the salads), but you can use frozen spinach if you have more on hand. It is a dish that is eaten warm, because the yogurt loses texture if it boils. We at home accompany you with garnish white rice, a delicious rice that we prepare in the varoma in a flash.
And as a final touch, we will put a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top, a little freshly ground pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Delicacy!

Hi Irene, you could substitute yogurt for whipped cheese% and in that case you can raise the temperature to 90, right? Thank you, I hope an answer to be able to do soon

Carmen, yes you could change it for beaten cheese, however I do not recommend raising it so much of temperature because it would get too liquid and what we want is a creamy texture similar to that of yogurt or cold beaten cheese. We will just temper it and that's it. So simply substitute the same amount of Greek yogurt for the same amount of whipped cheese and follow the same steps. I hope you like it!
