Today's one presents herself because who has not ever eaten a stew? It is in all cookbooks since more traditional the most avant-garde. And it should be part of our diet because it is a very complete and healthy.

In this case the stew is made with frozen vegetables And, to enrich it, we have put ham blocks that provide protein. If you have to eat out, it is an option that you should not rule out because it is easy to transport and reheat.

I love the stew, this weekend falls, a question with reference to La Vera paprika, can it be any other brand? ' I guess it's not the spicy right?

      Hi Esther:

La Vera paprika is that of "a lifetime". The one I have used is sweet paprika, although there are several types such as spicy or smoked.

      Regards!

I would like to ask for a recipe, could you help me make a spinach cream? Days ago I tried one in a restaurant in La Rioja and it was spectacular. I also know that it had milk, potatoes and cheeses and it was super creamy. And already put to order ... do you have a recipe for cuttlefish meatballs? I've seen some, but I only trust my trustworthy blogs.

    Good!
I wanted to ask what time difference we make if the stew is from a pot. I guess less than the final 20 minutes, right?
On the other hand, instead of broth, I was thinking of adding water and a quarter of a tablet of vegetable broth, is that correct?
    Thank you!

      Hola!

I've never made it with a glass jar stew so I can't help you. But I would put 15 minutes and go looking.

And in the broth, better to put half a tablet to give it a little flavor.

      Regards!
