Garlic mashed potatoes

Do we prepare a mashed potatoes different? Well let's dare with this garlic one. The texture is great and so is the flavor. It has that different touch of garlic but it is not strong or itchy since we are going to fry the garlic in the first step.

To prepare the purees it is important to choose the right type of potato. Look for a specific one for this preparation, floury, and it will be perfect.

You can serve it with green peas, with meatballs... and if you have any left over, add it to your pizza.

Ingredients

• 3 cloves of garlic
• 30 butter g
• 1 kilo of potatoes (weight once peeled) in pieces
• 400g milk
• 115 g of cream for cooking
• Pepper
• Sal Island

Preparation

1. We peel the garlic cloves and put them in the glass. We program 3 seconds, speed 8.

2. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass. We add the butter and program 5 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

3. We place the butterfly on the blades. We put the potato, milk and salt in the glass. We program 30 minutes, 95º, speed 1.

4. Now add the liquid cream and program 1 minute, speed 3.

5. We let our puree rest for 5 minutes in the glass. And ready to serve.
