Carrots and endive garnish

Today's recipe goes well with everything: with meat, fish and eggs. Even with rice, potatoes or pasta. It is a garnish made with carrots, with an endive and a good drizzle of Sweet wine.

Do not hesitate to prepare it. You will have it ready in a few 15 minutes. Don't you have an endive? Well, replace it with large pieces of onion or more carrots. The cooking time is not very long, so the vegetables are cooked and, at the same time, crispy.

I leave you some dishes with which it combines perfectly: Hake with crispy almonds and curry, Chicken and mushroom medallions White rice in varoma

      Hello, M Carmen!
      Don't worry, nothing happens 🙂
The vegetables are almost raw because the cooking minutes are very few. What you can do is cut the carrots into very very thin slices or, another option, cook them beforehand and start the recipe with the slices already soft.
About the wine… the Jerez here is perfect.
      A hug!
