Have you ever made baked potatoes together with a roast of meat or fish and they have been raw? It happened to me many times until I discovered that you had to cook them beforehand. Reading a recipe book, there was a wonderful potato recipe, which I adapted to the thermomix and we were very surprised by the result because they are very simple to prepare and they are very tasty.
The key to these potatoes is to cook them previously in the basket to soften them and then bake them with oil so that they brown with the dressing and come out crisp.
