Mmmm delicious and the guests with their mouths open !! Like the burgers of professional chefs. And what is better, we have some healthy burgers and completely home. And if you like these, don't forget to try the mini burgers with guacamole and goat cheese.

We will make them from a mixture of beef and pork (but you can use one only if you like it better). And we will add several seasonings and a main ingredient that will be several cheese.

We will also accompany them with a pinch of mustard, cheese, tomato and chives. But of course you can add or modify these ingredients as you like.

Mini gourmet cheese burgers, totally homemade, healthy and nutritious. Ideal as a snack dinner with friends.

Ingredients

  • 400 gr of minced meat
  • 50 gr of emmental cheese
  • 50 gr of Mozzarella
  • 25 gr parmesan cheese
  • 25 gr of blue cheese
  • A pinch of salt
  • Garlic salt
  • Two tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • Mini hamburger bun
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. We put the Emmental and Parmesan cheeses in the glass and cut 6 seconds, speed 5. We withdraw. Add the mozzarella and blue cheese and blend 5 seconds, speed 4. We remove and mix with the other two cheeses that we already had cut.

  2. We mix all the ingredients plus the cheeses with the meat. I like to do it with my hands because that way I know that everything is well mixed, but of course, you can also do it with a spoon or a fork (be careful, they are not made of wood, ok?).

  3. We form balls like meatballs, we flatten them and we give them a round shape. We let them rest for a few minutes while we go through the grill the mini hamburger buns, opened in half.

  4. When we have made all the buns, we start with the hamburgers. We make them grilled with olive oil over medium heat to the point that we like the most. If they are chubby like mine, in about 4 minutes for each face they will be.

  5. I assembled them as follows: mustard, tomato, chive ring, hamburger and cheese slice. Delicious !!

Notes

I recommend that you leave all the ingredients that your hamburgers are going to carry already cut, such as onion rings, lettuce, tomato, cheese ... in this way they will be at room temperature and will not cool the hamburger when we assemble it and the cheese will melt.
