Preparing custard with thermomix is ​​very simple, they are not cut, they are super homemade, and they are delicious… a unique texture. So today to give them a different touch, we have substituted milk for horchata ... the result? A custard with a unique flavor. Delicious !!

Exquisite and delicious custard, with a different touch: horchata. We substitute milk for horchata, a touch of cinnamon and a delicious delicacy for a dessert 10 !!

Ingredients

• 1 liter of horchata
• 4 eggs
• 30 g of sugar
• 40 g cornstarch
• a few strips of lemon peel
• 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
• Maria cookies to taste
• to decorate: cinnamon powder, pure cocoa powder

Preparation

1. We put the horchata, the eggs, the sugar and the corn in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 5.

2. We place the butterfly on the blades, add the lemon skin (only the yellow part) and the cinnamon stick (or powder). We program 12 minutes, temperature 90º, speed 2, turn to the left.

3. We remove the butterfly, we also remove the cinnamon stick and the lemon peel. We mix 10 seconds, speed 7. 

4. We pour the contents into individual glasses or bowls (or if we prefer it in a large source), put cookies on top to taste and sprinkle with cinnamon and cocoa powder.

5. Let it warm and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
