So this morning I have prepared a rosemary and ginger infusion and a delicious carrot and grapefruit juice like the one I show you below.

Ingredients

• 1 pomelo
• Carrots 2
• 1 mandarina
• 1 small stick of celery
• 100 g of sugar
• 800 g of water

Preparation

1. We add the peeled and chopped carrot and the chopped celery into the glass and program 30 seconds, speed 6. (If we see that at half time we have all the pieces of carrot and celery on the walls of the glass, we stop the machine, lower them with the spatula and continue grinding).

2. We wash the grapefruit and tangerine very well. We remove the ends and cut the grapefruit in half. We introduce them in the glass, we add the sugar and the water. We close the glass, put the selector on closed glass and press the turbo button for 3 seconds.

3. Be careful to hold the cup well (and even put the kitchen towel around it, while we hold it, so we will avoid any splashes).

4. We open the lid, put the basket inside and pour the contents into a jug. Thanks to the basket, only the liquid will come out and all the shells will remain inside.
