Leek and blue cheese cake

Today I bring you a leek and blue cheese cake that is sure to lovers of strong cheeses they will love it

To prepare this recipe you can use from Roquefort, Gorgonzola or a good Cabrales. Even a Gamoneu although, personally, I think it is a crime with how rich it is with a piece of bread.

To make this recipe I have used a silicone mold small 500 cc capacity. I basically just use it to do these savory cakes or custards and I am delighted as it is the perfect size for 2 people.

You can also prepare this leek and blue cheese cake in the varoma and thus we avoid turning on the oven. Obviously, depending on whether the mold is large or if we use individual ones, it will take different time but in about 40 minutes we will have it ready. Anything goes when it comes to saving.

It could be done in a bain-marie

      Hello noe:
It can be made as if it were a flan ... in a double boiler, in the oven, in the varoma ... whatever you want!
      Kisses.

    In the varoma how long

    1.    Thermomix recipes said

It depends a bit on the mold you use. In about 40 minutes you will have it ready but to make sure use a stick as if it were a sponge cake.

Today I made the recipe, very good.
As I have not found a 500 cc silicone mold, I have made it in disposable aluminum and it has stuck.
Where can I find the 500cc silicone mold?
    THANK YOU
