First I have poached them with a little oil and then I have cooked them with milk and cream so that it remains a smooth consistency.     Hello, in the first step I have included 5 seconds speed 4 to chop the leek a little and I have put it 15 minutes instead of 10 to make it better, at least for my taste, in case it serves as a reference for someone.
