Aix, it hasn't solidified on me. Because it can be?

how strange ... what happened Maribel? The only thing I can think of is that the gelatin sheets were very small or that you left it to rest for a short time.

An urgent solution is that you mount cream and mix it with the bavaroise. It will not be authentic but it will solidify.

      Regards!

Hello beautiful, first of all congratulations to all, for the so rich recipes that you put, (that I do almost, almost all).
I wanted to ask you if it could be made with mascarpone cheese, that is, add it, I don't know instead of gelatin.
    Thanks a lot!! Kisses!

      Hi, Tony:

I think it will not curdle you. Mascarpone is dense but does not have the same capacity as gelatin.

The solution: serve it in individual glasses because even if it is not solid, nothing will happen.

      Regards!

HELLO MAYRA!!!! COULD YOU MAKE THIS RECIPE WITH PINEAPPLE ???? I LOVE YOUR PAGE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

      Hello Yurena:

I'm sorry to tell you that pineapple has bromelain that prevents gelatin from setting.

So it is better that you try another fruit that is not papaya, figs and kiwis because the same would happen to you.

      Regards!!
