Light strawberry foam

This light strawberry foam always surprises. With only 4 ingredients and 8 minutes we will have a perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

• 150 g frozen strawberries
• 80g birch sugar or xylitol
• 1 dash of lemon juice
• 1 egg white

Preparation

1. The first thing we will do is pulverize the birch sugar by programming 15 seconds, progressive speed 5-7-10. We lower the dust towards the blades.

2. Add the strawberries without defrosting, sprinkle them with the lemon juice and crush during 30 seconds, speed 5. It is possible that during the crushing the strawberries remain stuck to the glass, in this case, we will stop the machine, lower the mixture towards the blades and continue until the time is up.

3. Next, we place the butterfly on the blades. Add the egg white and beat for 7 minutes, speed 4.

4. At the end of the time, we quickly distribute the light foam in the chosen containers and serve without delay.
