Light rice with vegetables and black olives

Light rice vegetables olives

On weekends we love to prepare rice With thermomix, it is that it is fabulous, at the right point, and it is true, that it is a dish that does not turn out very well from one day to the next or reheated in the microwave. Also, with this recipe, I want to show you that to prepare a rice exquisite, no need to invest in expensive ingredients. It is also very complete, so you only have to prepare a quick starter to complete the menu, I recommend one cabbage and pumpkin light cream, to continue with our menu anti-crisis y Low in calories.

And, as I said, this recipe is also perfect for those of you who are following a low-calorie, low-fat recipe. Rice contributes fiber e carbohydrates, so it is an essential element in our diets, but many times, the problem is the accompaniment, which can make it a really caloric dish.

Ideal for vegan y vegetarians Are you up for it?

Hello, I like the recipe and I will make it this weekend, but how do I make it for 2 people instead of 4?
Do I cut all the ingredients in half and leave the times the same?
    Greetings.

That's Jesus, cut the ingredients in half and the same time. Think that a grain of rice alone or accompanied by more grains of rice takes 13 minutes to cook. Lucky!! At home there are always 2 of us too and I usually adapt all the recipes, especially the rice, which is not the same from one day to the next. It sure looks great on you. You will tell us. A hug and thanks for writing us.

Hello, that looks good, but one question, what kind of rice do you recommend for this recipe? Any specific brand? I will try with water, since I am missing the vegetable broth.
Thank you very much and greetings,

Hello Gymo, the truth is that I use Bomba rice and I usually change brands depending on the supermarket in which I buy (Mercadona), from private labels to the best-known brands such as (SOS or Fallera). If you only add water, I recommend that you add some small broth concentrate tablets (type avecrem) to give it more flavor. If not, salt water will be perfect too. Thanks to you for following us and for leaving us comments! You'll tell me how it looks on you. A hug.

hello, very rich! I only recommend adding sugar to remove the acidity of the tomato and red pepper…. next time I'll do it this way, kisses

If I don't use frozen mushrooms, what time and temperature do I vary? Thanks.

Well, very good option, add them just when you go to sauté the rice. 🙂 Thank you for following us.

You should consider that the rice should be wholemeal if it is about vegetarians to take advantage of food
