Macaroni with chistorra and tomato

Macaroni_chistorra_tomato

I was so looking forward to making this recipe! Many times we spend time preparing more elaborate, colorful and original recipes and we forget about the classics. And the other day I really wanted to eat some macaroni with chistorra and tomato, like those of a lifetime, like the ones I ate in my school's dining room when I was a child, super tasty and super calorie too?

This is the quintessential dish of the childrenYes, to make them healthier we will use a good raw material, fundamentally the chistorra so that it does not have too much fat, and a fried tomato by us in our Thermomix.

Quick, delicious and perfect recipe for those who carry tupperware

As a thank you to the fact that your blog is the first one that I consult every day and to the countless recipes that I have made with success, I have bought your book.
I have loved both the content and the format that has nothing to envy the Vorwerk officials, for Thermomix. I encourage bloggers to buy it.
    Congratulations!

Hahahaha thank you very much Javier, is that these macaroons are mythical !! And they are too good ... how can something so easy and simple be that good? "Sometimes less is more" ... is a good saying in the kitchen. Thanks for following us!!

I want to applaud the idea because I've been eating macaroni and chorizo all my life and it had never occurred to me to make them with chistorra and I love that.
I made it yesterday and my little daughter said they were delicious. I second it.
    Congratulations.

Hello, I have been using the Thermomix for a short time, but your recipes are fabulous, congratulations on your blog.
I have a question, when you make pasta if you reduce the amount of pasta you also have to reduce the amount of water? It just doesn't work out for me, all the pasta sticks, I think it's because of reducing the amount of water.
    Thank you very much.

Hi Sonia, you should always cook pasta with plenty of salted water and a splash of oil. Try not to reduce the amount of water and always follow the cooking time indicated on the package (it always depends on the type of pasta and brand). You will see how it turns out perfect next time. Thanks to you for writing us and for following us! A hug 🙂
