Ingredients

• 350 gr of small macaroni (or any other pasta you like)
• 2 cans of natural tuna well drained
• 650 gr of homemade fried tomato (see recipe here)
• 200 gr of Philadelphia type cheese
• shawl
• pepper
• oregano
• 1000 gr of salted water
• olive oil

Preparation

1. We put in the glass, the water with the salt and a tablespoon of oil in the glass. We program 12 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

2. Add the pasta through the mouth of the cup and set the time indicated in the pack of the same, 100º, spoon speed.

3. We drain it using the basket or the varoma container and reserve it hot.

4. Without washing the glass, add the tomato sauce, the pepper and the Philadelphia cheese. We program 4 minutes, speed 3, temperature 90º. If when the time is up we see that the cheese has not finished binding with the sauce, we shred a few seconds at speed 4.

5. While we are making the sauce, we are going to put the macaroni in a bowl and the crumbled and well drained tuna on top. We pour the cheese and tomato sauce on top. Ready to eat!
