Mexican ranch sauce

Mexican ranchera sauce is one of the most typical and internationally known. It is made with tomato and peppers or chili peppers and it is really delicious! It's cool and fun, so versatile!

Ingredients

• 4 whole ripe tomatoes
• 150 g of green pepper
• 4 slices of jalapeno pepper (optional) or 1 tablespoon of some spicy Mexican sauce (I used chipotle sauce)
• 100 g of onion in pieces
• 2 cloves of garlic

• 1 / 2 teaspoon of sugar
• 40 g oil

Preparation

1. Put the onion, green pepper, garlic and oil in the glass. We shred 5 seconds, speed 5.

2. We program 10 minutes, temperature 120º, spoon speed.

3. We add the whole tomatoes, the salt, the sugar and we crush 5 seconds, speed 5.

4. We cook 5 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed.

5. We taste and rectify the salt, sugar and spicy so that you can put it to your liking.

6. The tomato will have released enough water so I passed it a little through the basket to remove the excess water and leave a thick sauce.

7. We serve and ready to drink! It can be taken cold, out of time or hot.
