Natural orange juice sponge cake (dairy free)

Today's is a cake one that rises a lot, fluffy, and with lots of fresh orange, lemon and tangerine juice. You will see in the video the amount of citrus that I have used.

You will also see that we have used Brown sugar Although, if you do not have it, you can replace it without any problem with the blanquilla.

Another little thing…. to the mold I put the non-stick that I showed you the other day. How this cake is made dairy free and that non-stick had butter, if you have allergy or intolerance problems you can make a special non-stick, mixing 30 g of flour with 50 of oil. You can use it the same as the previous one, taking into account that it must be mixed every time we are going to use it. It is also kept in the refrigerator.

I propose this sauce, also orange, to bring your cake to the table ... There will be no one to resist.

Hi there! Could wheat flour be substituted for any other flour like spelled or buckwheat? Thanks!

      Hi Nuria,
Yes, change it at will. The flavor will vary but not for the worse ... It will simply be different.
      A abrazo.

I do it as is and it is very compact. It has a texture as if it were raw but it is not raw because it has been in the oven for an hour. But it does not come out fluffy. Because it can be? Thanks

      Hello Maria Elena:
🙁 Maybe you have to set a higher temperature in your oven… you know that each one is different.
      A hug!
