In Spain, porridge was a humble and very popular breakfast, but little by little they gave way to other breakfasts. However in many places porridge is still eaten as a daily breakfast.

And it is not surprising because it is full of energy and satiating which is perfect for face all morning activities without hunger.

Long ago we prepared a porridge with a rich apple flavor although, on that occasion, we had to warm up the preparation. Today's version is simpler because just mixing and letting it rest is enough to enjoy its flavor.

This version can be done perfectly Without lactose because today there are yoghurts, milk and spreadable cheese on the market suitable for this intolerance.

It is also a breakfast gluten-free that celiacs can drink. They only need to verify that the ingredients are suitable and, above all, that the oats are certified to avoid scares and complications.

To give you a crunchy touch we are going to use some cookies. The normal thing is that they are Digestive type but, really, you can use the one you like the most or the ones you have on hand. And, of course, that they are suitable for your diet.

You can double the ingredients of this same recipe and do it for several days although it depends on the space you have in the fridge. It is ideal for those days when you know that every second counts.

Before finishing ... good news !! If you have fallen in love with this super breakfast, you will be able to enjoy its flavor also during the coldest mornings. Only you will have to heat it between 30 and 60 seconds in the microwave and you will have it ready to drink throughout the winter.
