Onion tortillas

All the onion tortillas is another recipe that will help us organize our lunches or dinners but without breaking the budget.

I also love this recipe because too easy to do and when you get home tired you don't want to complicate yourself in the kitchen. I usually prepare a good carrot cream o green peas And so I know that the menu remains nutritionally balanced.

When it comes to curdling the tortillas, I have preferred to do it in a small frying pan. With the quantities that I indicate, four tortillas of the perfect size have come out to serve them in a individually.

The onion tortilla recipe is easy and quick to make. Ideal to prepare a dinner in a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 180 g sweet onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g olive oil and a little more to grease the pan
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Peel and chop the garlic. Chop it during 3 seconds at speed 5. Lower the pieces to the bottom of the glass.

  2. Peel the onion and cut it into rings. To make them thin, it is best to do it with the mandolin. Put in the glass together with the oil and fry for 15 minutes, 100º, speed 1 and turn to the left

  3. Place the basket on a plate. After time, remove the onion and garlic inside to remove any possible excess oil.

  4. Without washing the glass, put the eggs inside. Beat for 10 seconds at speed 4.

  5. Pour the drained onion into the glass and mix for 5 seconds, speed 2, left turn.

  6. Grease a small frying pan with a few drops of oil, put it on the fire and when it is hot add a saucepan of the egg and onion mixture. Brown it for a couple of minutes, flip it over and leave it for another 2 minutes to brown.

  7. Remove and repeat the operation until the dough is finished.

Notes

When serving you can accompany them with a salad of young leaves, tomato and grated carrot.[br][br]Bon appetit!

      Hi Lucia,
      sweet onions are those with white outer layers. If you can't find them, you can use normal onion and even fresh onions.
