Orange and banana smoothie

orange-and-banana-smoothiethermorecetas

I love the shakes made with Thermomix, the big difference is that when you squeeze the oranges part of the pulp is discarded. Instead, this way, everything is used. And you can even prepare combinations as basic and rich as this orange and banana smoothie.

I'm not going to talk to you about how important it is to eat fruit because, at this point, we all know that it is advisable to take 5 units of vegetables per day. So, if you have trouble consuming them, I recommend that you sign up for the juice and smoothie trick. They are a great way to start the day.

Best of all, this orange and banana smoothie can be made with the milk of your choice. You can do it with skim milk if you are on a diet and it can even be done with soy-based preparations, oats, rice.

Hello Mayra, I am allergic to honey, how much sugar or stevia can I use to replace it?
    Thanks for the recipes

      Hi Louisa,

I am not a stevia user so I cannot help you there but I offer you several solutions:

      1. replace honey with the same amount of agave syrup or maple syrup, which is also very rich.
      2. Use the 1: 1,25 equivalence. In other words, substitute 1 measure of honey for 1,25 of sugar because honey is sweeter than sugar, so we need more quantity. With which, about 19 g come out for this recipe. By the way, better if it is whole sugar than white sugar.

Hello Mayra. I do consume stevia, for every tablespoon of sugar there are 6 drops of stevia. As a tablespoon of sugar is about 20 g, for this recipe those 6 drops of stevia would suffice. A big kiss, compi, and what a good smoothie, I made it this morning for breakfast. Great!

You have to tell me more about stevia because I have read many things but I have not just launched.

Yes of course! Anytime you want, stevia is fantastic, Mayra. A big kiss!

I substitute condensed milk for milk and honey. I also put a golden marbú cookie and sometimes a lemon yogurt.

Very good suggestion! I'll remember that for next time.

Hello, I am a third-year student of that and when I have time I like to consult this page to make some delicious juice and be able to leave home to buy the ingredients. I would like you to make a strawberry and kiwi juice: I've looked for it but I don't think you have made any yet. Thanks.
